Bob Rose was invited to lecture at the 17th World Congress on Art Deco which took place recently in Paris, France. The week long Congress celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Exposition Inernationale des Art Decoratifs et Indusriels show in Paris in 1925 which introduced the new Moderne aesthetic to the world. Bob’s presentation of Revisiting the Muse related the legacy of Rose Iron Works and focused on our part in spreading the new motif to our country, a process which continues today.
